Hunger, cold, and lack of clean clothing are everyday realities for many of the people we serve. That’s why one of the foundations of Street Ministries 25:40 is the consistent meeting of basic needs. We provide hot meals, hygiene products, clean clothing, and emergency supplies to anyone who walks through our doors.
Each evening at the Youth Outreach Center includes a home-cooked meal served with dignity. Volunteers and staff take the time to sit down, talk, and listen. For many, this dinner is the only one they’ll have all day, but it’s also a doorway into deeper relationships and support.
Our clothing and hygiene closet is stocked by generous donors, and we’re always working to make sure no young person has to go without the basics: a warm jacket in the winter, soap and shampoo, or even a pair of clean socks. These are small things that carry big dignity.
In every meal we serve and every need we meet, we point back to Christ – the Bread of Life – who sees and loves the individual behind the struggle. Through meeting physical needs, we build trust and open hearts to spiritual restoration.

Our Youth Outreach Center is the heartbeat of Street Ministries 25:40 - a safe, welcoming place where youth ages 12 to 24 can escape the chaos of the streets and experience compassion, community, and consistency. It’s more than just a shelter from the storm - it’s a place where lives are being transformed one relationship at a time.
Our Transitional Living Program is designed to give young men a second chance at life. We provide housing, job training, discipleship, and life coaching for individuals aged 18 to 24 who are ready to leave behind homelessness, addiction, or instability and walk toward a brighter future.
Street Church is where we bring worship, prayer, and fellowship to the streets. We meet people where they are - under bridges, outside shelters, and in forgotten places - with a message of hope that doesn’t require cleaned-up appearances or perfect pasts.
