Every week, our team hits the streets of Rockdale and surrounding areas to host what we call “Street Church” – a time of worship, teaching, prayer, and encouragement for those who wouldn’t walk into a traditional building but are still desperately in need of the Gospel.
We set up tables, bring food, offer music and a message, and simply invite people into a moment of peace and presence. There are no dress codes or expectations, just open arms and open hearts. Everyone is welcome. Everyone belongs.
Many who attend are unhoused, struggling with addiction, or battling deep emotional wounds. But here, they find a community that cares and a Savior who still calls them by name. It’s not just a meal and a message; it’s a movement of love meeting people in the margins.
Street Church is also a place for healing. We’ve seen lives touched, baptisms celebrated, and chains broken. When the church shows up in unexpected places, God moves in extraordinary ways.

Our Youth Outreach Center is the heartbeat of Street Ministries 25:40 - a safe, welcoming place where youth ages 12 to 24 can escape the chaos of the streets and experience compassion, community, and consistency. It’s more than just a shelter from the storm - it’s a place where lives are being transformed one relationship at a time.
Our Transitional Living Program is designed to give young men a second chance at life. We provide housing, job training, discipleship, and life coaching for individuals aged 18 to 24 who are ready to leave behind homelessness, addiction, or instability and walk toward a brighter future.
We meet urgent, practical needs every single day - hot meals, hygiene kits, clothing, and more. For someone living on the edge of survival, even the smallest act of kindness can be life-changing. We provide for the body as we minister to the soul.
